A fall South Mountain State Park engagement session, Morganton, NC.

Lynsey and Erasmo desperately wanted a waterfall backdrop for their photos. Why wouldn’t they? Erasmo proposed at Ruby Falls in Gatlinburg, TN. Then, of course, they found South Mountain State Park. We made sure to start a little early because we knew we’d have to hike a decent way to get to it. What we didn’t realize the smaller waterfalls before the big one would’ve been our best bet. However, I think the field and the creek photos have to be some of my favorite.

Lynsey and Erasmo met in high school. When Lynsey had some health issues, and Erasmo stuck by her side, she knew he was the guy for her. During our session, I could feel the love between the two of them and how amazing they were together as a couple. Erasmo said he knew she was the one when he saw how respectful she was towards his family. Lynsey has just the sweetest personality, and Erasmo is just quiet but so sweet as well.
